Contractor Services

We are equipped with a diversity of machinery and tools which enable us to do a wide range of jobs for our customers in our eastern Skagit County area of operations. For more information on specific equipment capabilities & pricing, follow these links:

  • Mobile Equipment - Wheeled and road-capable equipment which we provide with driver/operator
  • Stationary Equipment - Smaller supplementary machinery & job-specific tools that extend our capabilities

We have a crew available to provide a wide variety of contractor services using this equipment, such as:

  • Land Clearing -- homesite preparation, tree removal, rocks moved/removed
  • Driveway/Access Road Construction -- clearing, culverting, layered base preparation, pit-run top coursing
  • Road & Ditch Maintenance -- grading & crowning, water-stopping, potholes filled, culverts cleaned
  • Tree trimming & chipping -- standing trees limbed to 35' for knot-free timber growth, 9" capacity chipper for waste disposal/mulching
  • Ditching for utility, water & sewer lines -- narrow minimal disturbance ditching and channeling
  • Backhoe/loader excavation -- we can dig basements, retention/disposal ponds for you, removing or relocating the spoils
  • Pressure washing & sand blasting -- equipment and structure cleaning service
  • Landscaping & site modification -- grading, cut & fill, large tree & shrub moving and planting
  • Welding & fabrication -- in-the-field repair services, entrance gates
  • Snow removal -- driveways and parking areas, contract for the winter to guarantee your home/business access
  • Hauling -- dumptruck and utility trailers for loose and heavy material/equipment movement & delivery

Materials & Products

We can also provide a selection of various items and materials we require for our Contractor Services, which are also for sale separately:

  • Rock & Soil - Pit run and screened earthen materials in various grades and sizes
  • Timber & Timber Products - Untreated cedar poles/posts, ungraded rough-cut lumber, wood chips
  • Other Items - Manufactured items which we stock, including concrete "ecology" blocks and various type of pipe & culvert
